Nepal Investment Summit 2017 is planned to be held on March 2-3, 2017 by the Investment Board of Nepal (IBN). Executive Director of Special Economic Zone Development Committee (SEZ) Dr. Er. Chandika Prasad Bhatta is one of over 20 speakers in the summit. He will be presenting on the second day of the Summit (3rd March, 2017) between 9-10:30 am, discussing on the industrial infrastructure mainly about the Special Economic Zone.

This summit is the first Investment Summit in Nepal after the promulgation for the new constitution. IBN has prepared a project bank, including around 30-35 huge projects. This summit is expected to be a pavilion for economic transformation in Nepal. It will provide national and international investors as well as development partners to learn about Nepal’s investment scenario, regulatory environment, and sectors open for investment.
