Notice for the request for application to establish and operate industry in Bhairahawa Special Economic Zone at Bhairahawa, Nepal

Government of Nepal, Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies, Special Economic Zone Authority (SEZA) invites application to establish and operate industries.
The following information are given related to the application (Related to Special Economic Zone Act 2073, Clause 8 and Special Economic Zone Regulation 2074, Rule 24):
- List of permissible industries to be established within SEZ: Please refer Special Economic Zone Regulation 2074, Annex – 3.
- Infrastructures provided by SEZA: Internal road, electricity, water supply, sewage system, petrol pump, weighing bridge, security, waste water treatment plant, etc.
- Land for leasing to establish and operate industry:
No. of vacant plots: 31 plots, Area per plot: 1468 to 2899 square meters
Plots number: A (1,2,3,4,5), B (3,4), C (3,4), D (2), E (6), F (3,4,5), I (1,2,3,4), K (2), J (1,2,3,4), I (1,2,3,4), H (1,2,3,4)
Location: Bhairahawa Special Economic Zone, Bhairahawa, Nepal.
- Rent: the rent of the land is NRs. 20.00 per month per square meter
- Rental Period: 30 years and extendable as per rules/regulation.
